Overview.
Parcell is an all-in-one NFT trading platform that allows you to fractionalize your NFTs and distribute them across the platform to be owned and traded by users. Fractional ownership lets you profit from trading activity while still holding your assets. The ecosystem fractionalizes your NFT into parcells. Users can then trade the assets using the in-house token, CELLs. Also, this gives users access to high-value assets that they otherwise would not be able to own.

Solution.
Design an NFT asset exchange ecosystem where users can store assets and capitalize from trading activity. The app is a blockchain-based platform with a built-in native token.
When NFTs are stored/staked, that asset is broken down into several parcels (PAR); individual parcels are purchased, held or traded inside the custom marketplace using the native token (CELL). The owners of the NFT will collect a fee for every transaction via a custom token exchangeable for USD.
